teysha returns and exchanges policy
At teysha, you can shop with confidence. We offer returns and exchanges on bras to help you find the right fit. Please note that underwear cannot be returned or exchanged due to strict health and hygiene regulations. Sale items also cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
We encourage all customers to check our size chart carefully before making a purchase.
Bras
Free exchanges within 7 days if your bra is the wrong size.
Refunds are available on unused bras returned within 7 days of delivery.
All return postage and packaging costs are the responsibility of the customer.
teysha covers postage only for outgoing exchange parcels.
Underwear
Underwear cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason due to health and hygiene requirements.
Please check our sizing chart before purchasing underwear.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty item or an incorrect order, return postage will be covered by teysha.
This applies to both bras and underwear.
How to return or exchange a bra
Email enquiry@teysha.com.au to request a Return Authorisation Number.
Include the Returns Number slip, your name and your order number inside the package.
For exchanges, you will receive an Australia Post return slip at no cost.
For refunds, please send your item using a traceable postal service of your choice. The customer covers the cost of postage and packaging.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you when your refund or exchange has been processed. This can take up to 7 business days after your tracking shows delivered.
Refunds may take 7 to 10 business days to appear in your bank account depending on your financial institution.
Conditions of return
A copy of your original receipt must be included.
Items must be in original condition, unworn, with tags attached and in original packaging.
Items returned damaged, worn or in an unsellable condition may be refused.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
All returns must be sent via a traceable postage method. Proof of postage must be kept until your return has been processed. teysha is not responsible for returns that are not received.
