Fit Tips
- Band should sit snug and level, not riding up at the back.
- No gaping or digging in at the cups or underbust.
- If you're between two sizes, size up for extra growing room.
- Straps should sit flat without slipping or digging into shoulders.
- Re-measure every few months — bodies change fast during these years!
Size Guide FAQs
What size bra should a 12 year old wear?
There’s no single bra size for a specific age — it depends on your body measurements, not how old you are. Use the size chart above to match your bust, under bust, waist and hip measurements to the closest teysha size. Every body develops differently, so measuring is always the most accurate approach.
How do I know my bra size without measuring?
If you don’t have a measuring tape handy, use a piece of ribbon or string and measure it against a ruler afterwards. You can also try a couple of sizes and choose whichever feels snug but comfortable, with no digging or gaping.
Is teysha true to size?
teysha bras and underwear are designed to fit true to size based on body measurements. If you’re in between sizes, we recommend sizing up for extra growing room.
Does the teysha size guide work for New Zealand customers too?
Yes. Our size guide is based on standard body measurements in centimetres, so it applies the same way whether you’re shopping from Australia or New Zealand.
