Marissa Ganino, a Melbourne based, highly experienced intimate apparel designer who has spent her entire career working inside the global underwear industry. Known for her work with Elle Macpherson Body, Kayser, and Marie Claire, she now creates the softest, most breathable bras and underwear for pre teen and teen girls.
After decades in the industry and learning the TRUTH about fabric, making and designing 100% Gots certified organic cotton garments for teen girls felt like a must. With a young daughter of her own Marissa knew we could do better. Her expertise in fit, comfort and style ensures each garment priorities girls comfort, confidence and wellbeing.
ABOUT THE FOUNDER
teysha was founded by me Chantelle Somas after a NOT so simple shopping trip with my daughter to buy a bra. Realising everything was either made for adults and shrunk down, was super ugly or was made from plastic. I then set out to create something better, a product that was beautifully designed and made exclusively from buttery soft, breathable, organic cotton so girls can feel comfortable and confident as they grow. Every style and sample is fit checked and approved by my two girls, helping to ensure every piece feels comfortable and of course has the right 'VIBE" before we go to manufacture. It means so much to be able to share our brand with you, creating something special for girls everywhere.
