Can I exchange or return my item ?
- Return delivery costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be the cost of teysha
- New, unworn, and unwashed merchandise may be returned for a refund within 7 days
- You must have a copy of the original receipt.
- All items returned to us must be in original condition, with all tags still attached, including original packaging
- If garments are received back to us damaged and deemed unsellable, we may refuse request for refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
- Please note sale items can not be returned or exchanged, in the event of a faulty sale item please follow the section below related to items with a defect
- Online orders must be returned by mail at the cost of the client
- Return delivery costs for refunds due to change mind or wrong size will be at the cost of the client
- Return costs for exchanges will be at the cost of teysha
- Send your return via a traceable method and retain proof of postage until receiving confirmation that your return has been processed. teysha is not responsible for returns that are not received.
How do I return my unused item?
- Please email enquiry@teysha.com.au you will be emailed your Return Authorisation Number
- Include this Returns Number slip in the package along with your name and order numberthen send back the returned goods with the shipper of your choice within 7 days from creating your return authorisation.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you when your refund/gift voucher has been issued.
- This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.
- Please note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organis
What happens if my item has a defect?
Please email our customer service department enquiry@teysha.com.au with a description of the fault as well as at least two clear photos of the items defect.
What’s the best way to care for my garment?
The teysha team creates pieces that will retain their beauty over many wears, but it is important to care for them correctly. GOTS certified Organic fabrics need some extra love.
We strongly recommend washing your garment in the teysha mesh laundry bag
- Machine wash garments on a gentle cycle using the teysha mesh laundry bag
- Its best if you do not iron you items but if its required, use a low heat setting and plenty of steam. If you have a steamer or a pressing cloth please use those.
Be careful not to:
- Rub or expose to rough surfaces
- Expose to heat
- Use harsh chemicals
Can I buy a gift card?
Yes, you can purchase an e-gift card which can only be used online. The e-gift card will be emailed to your recipient's inbox to use straight away. The email will contain a link which has the gift card along with your personalised message. Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash. All gift cards are valid for three years from the date of purchase. E-Gift vouchers can only be redeemed online at checkout and are not valid in any stores
When will you restock an item?
teysha do restock some styles and select colours, but it depends on the garment and fabric available. Some products are considered Limited Edition and will not be restocked. Limited drops in certain styles, colours and our exclusive fabrics will be a common feature of the brand.
Depending on the destination country and purchase value of your order, you may be required to pay duties and taxes. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for this charge. Should you require further information regarding duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office.

Details about our shipping policy
We ship nationally with Australia Post and Sendle, and internationally using Australia Post, DHL Express. These services regularly update the countries they are able to ship to - please be mindful of any changes and contact your local postal service for more information if required.
Domestic orders will be delivered with Sendle, Australia Post Express & Parcel Post services. Shipping rates are available upon checkout. All domestic orders over $100 will ship free of charge.
How long will my shipping take?
You will receive notification details to track your order.
We aim to send your parcel within 3 business days. During busy times of the year such as sale periods and new collection launches, there may potentially be a slightly longer processing time.
Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email.
Orders placed in Perth should receive next day delivery (same city delivery):
Orders placed within Australia delivery is generally between 1-3 business days within metropolitan areas, or 2-5 business days elsewhere within Australia.
International Shipping: For countries that are close by to Australia the delivery estimate is between 10-20 days.
Delivery to further zones is between 21-28 business days. Please keep in mind, due to possible customs processing delays, your order may arrive outside of the estimated time frame.
Shipping Within Australia & New Zealand
ALL ORDERS OVER $100 WILL RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Australia: Flat rate shipping $10.95.
Australia: Express shipping $14.95.
New Zealand: Flat rate shipping $15.95.
International Shipping
US, Canada, Asia, UK & Europe: Shipping rates for around AU$20-AU$40 worldwide depending on receiving country selected at checkout and weight of parcel. Please email enquiry@teysha.com.au for more details on your countries shipping rates dependant of the weight of the parcel.
Do I need to pay customs, taxes and duties?
Customs/ Import Duties and Taxes
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected from you by the carrier. Duties /Taxes on goods vary widely depending on the product value and the country you are having your order delivered to.
teysha will include a commercial invoice declaring the full dollar value paid on international shipments. If you refuse a shipment from teysha you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import and return fees that may be incurred upon delivery back to us.
Discounts & sales
We are not able to allow discounts on the purchase of gift cards during sales periods. We can not allow multiple discounts to be used at any one time. If teysha has offered a sales discount, then this may not be used with any other discount offer - such as 10% off subscription offer.
During periods of promotional offers for free shipping we can not also offer free returns. We will however offer free postage for any exchanges that may be made with such a transaction.
